Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go to plan. If things don't go to plan, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. postage costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order and we haven't dispatched your order, you shall receive a full refund including handling and postage fee. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from when the order was placed. No order cancellations after 24 hours unless we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order.

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Note: Returns are only processed when item received is damaged or the wrong product /style/size was sent. We do not process returns for reasons like "Not Suitable or Not what I expected", unless we waive this. 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Return fee or postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer, we do not reimburse postage fee except for damaged items or wrong items being delivered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and clearance items and cannot be returned or exchanged: all gift cards, pierced earrings, hats, underwear and clearance items. Swimwear must have original price tags and hygienic liner intact. If final sale/clearance items are returned to the warehouse, you will be contacted regarding your return.  Original shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@greygoodies.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Terms Overview

  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Greys Goodies cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
