Delivery Concerns ?

Contact us at support@greygoodies.com. Please contact us with your order number to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. We work as quickly as possible to get your orders to you.

 

 

Please note that we require 1 to 4 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Grey Goodies, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we assure you your order will be delivered. Our customer support team will always be around to respond to you, usually within 24 hours, 48 hours at most.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email, a link will also be in the email so you can create or view your account to track your order. Order tracking numbers are usually attached to orders after few days of dispatch. If you can't find your tracking number, please contact support team at support@greygoodies.com and you will be provided with one. To track your package you can visit our Tracking page .

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@greygoodies.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Where do we deliver ?

 

We currently deliver worldwide. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.

 

 

Shipping Delays:

We have taken measures to help ensure that you receive your order within our standard shipping times, so you can continue placing orders as normal.

 Please be advised that, despite our best efforts, there may be instances where delays are beyond our control. We’d like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Greys Goodies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered, we only handle packages lost in transit. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@greygoodies.com
